The Boston Club is pleased to announce that Jill Medvedow, the Ellen Matilda Poss Director of the Institute of Contemporary Art/Boston , is the recipient of the 2022 Women in Business Racial Equity Ally A ward. Medvedow accepted her award at the Boston Club ’s annual Corporate Salute on November 15 th .
The Women in Business Racial Equity Ally Award allows The Boston Club to annually recognize a leader in the business community who demonstrates a commitment to the development of all women and people of color t hrough access to jobs, mentorship, and community support.

Under Medvedow’s leadership, the ICA has grown its audience and impact and transformed in to a collecting museum housed in a stunning new facility with a commitment to diversity and expanding the narratives of art history — the majority of artists in the museum’s collection identify as women and/or artists of color. The ICA now welcomes over a quarter – million visitors annually .
