The Boston Club is committed to embracing and championing diversity among our members and in Greater Boston and beyond. As a community of diverse professional women, committed to supporting one another throughout our professional journeys:
- We recognize and value the lived experience of our members in all areas, including race, religion, class, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, and more.
- We demonstrate this across all aspects of the TBC experience, including showing respect for others, shaping our organizational priorities and programming, and leaning into our leadership and roles as allies to promote the advancement of all women.
- We commit to exploring new pathways to welcome members from the broadest range of communities possible and strengthening our leadership voice in the broader community.
TBC’s values of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging are also anchored in an active working group of members dedicated to advancing our DEIB values and commitment to allyship through innovative and courageous programming and by developing tools and resources to inform and support members’ continued education and conversations. Our DEIB work continues to evolve and adapt to best reflect the needs and perspectives of the full TBC community.
