Prior to her current roles, Katie served as President of Bixal, a global government technology consultancy, where she led strategic planning and drove operational rigor, resulting in multi-point profitability increases. At Slalom Consulting, a $2B+ technology consulting firm, she designed organizational effectiveness services and go-to-market strategies for $10M-$30B organizations, driving 30% annual practice growth. Her strategic initiatives at Thomson Safaris delivered 100% annual growth and multiple industry awards.

Katie is a startup pitch competition judge and mentor through the Venture Mentoring Team, MassChallenge, the Babson College WIN Lab, Venture Lane, and Underscore VC’s Core Community. She has served as an adjunct Professor of Business at Simmons University, a guest lecturer at Simmons and Clark Universities, and as the Co-Chair of the Healthworks Community Fitness Advisory Board.

Katie holds an MBA in Financial Analytics from Simmons University and a B.A. in International Development from Clark University.
