Preparation and Placement

Our nonprofit board placement program offers members the opportunity to serve. We provide educational programming and mentoring to prepare members for board service and philanthropic involvement. To date, we have placed more than 200 women on boards at high-impact organizations representing education, human services, arts & culture, healthcare, the environment, and more. 

In service to this important work and our commitment to gender parity on all boards, every other year we release the Census of Women Directors and Chief Executives of Massachusetts Largest Nonprofit Organizations. In partnership with Simmons University, this publication examines the trends behind leadership in the 150 largest nonprofit organizations in Massachusetts.
