2024 Black History Month

As the month of February launches, we once again celebrate Black History Month. We also recognize that Black History is American History, which we should acknowledge each and every month.

This month reminds us of the many commitments and sacrifices by members of our Black community throughout the years that have shaped our society and defined who we are today. We pause to honor the resilience, depth and breadth of contributions which have positively impacted our lives in countless ways.

This month also offers a time for self-reflection. We look to understand other perspectives, create inclusion, foster sisterhood, and amplify voices of the voiceless.

At The Boston Club, while we continue to evolve to best meet the needs of our members, we remain steadfast in our commitment to elevate DE&I and racial equity.

Through programming such as our Ally series, (Ally Couch, Ally Circle) and recognition of business leaders and Allies through our Racial Equity Awards, we highlight members of our community who are making a difference. These leaders live and work in alignment with our values of inclusion and equity. Regardless of where you may be on your journey of increasing your DE&I knowledge, we invite you to join us and your fellow TBC members at upcoming Circle and Couch events. You will be warmly welcomed and share an inspiring experience.

We know there is more to be done to realize our vision of diverse women’s leadership. We are proud to lead an organization continuously striving as the community of choice for 21st century leaders.
